He is on the run from the police but he doesn't reveal why. He gets his orders from a mysterious person called Sir (Ritesh Deshmukh). His gang consists of four members: Raja (Nani), Muthu (Krishna), Ravi (Sunny Wayne) and Madrasi Appa (Sriman). The gang has a woman-only gang of four called the "Santhosh Sisters" including Rekha (Priya Gill), Vanitha (Sree Vishnu) and Urmila (Rima Kallingal).Vajram's next assignment is a mysterious businessman, Raja Reddy (Amitabh Bachchan). A new gang, led by a woman called Radha, led by Karan Singh Rathod make some attempts to take him down.In order to save themselves from the police net, the gang decides to ask help from one of their own. When they do not receive any assistance from Madrasi Appa, he leaves drugs for Ratna on the street. Ratna's followers find it and take them to Madrasi Appa. Madrasi Appa is arrested and Vajram realizes that Ratna did not give a reason for asking help from him.Vajram sends Raja, Muthu, Ravi and Radha to the mall where Raja's daughter Megha(Anushka Sharma) works. Megha does not get along with her father since she has grown up without seeing him since she was a child. In return, she hates her father because he is a gangster. She also feels that her mother does not love him anymore because of what he does for a living. She steals her father's pistol and leaves the house. When Raja finds out, he chases her to the mall, but the police stop him. He later picks up Megha from a bar.One of Raja's men, Muthu, is forced into working for Raja Reddy as an electronics engineer under his false name. Meanwhile, Ratna and Radha destroy some of Raja's properties and threaten his family. Vajram sends Ravi as an advance man as he goes to meet with Radha to verify information on Ratna and Raja Reddy's plans. Megha is found by Raja on a road and he takes her back home.
